Our objective is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the purchase that you make. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within a period of fourteen (14) days, from the date that you received it from CUSTO-BARCELONA.

To proceed with the return of the product, you must complete the returns form included in your original order and enclose it with the returned product.

To exercise your right to return the products, you have to fulfill the following requirements:

If all of the abovementioned requirements are met, CUSTO-BARCELONA will refund the total amount of the returned items. The original cost for the delivery of the order that you received will not be reimbursed; you will pay the costs for the return of the items. If your return cannot be accepted because the abovementioned requirements have not been met, CUSTO-BARCELONA will contact you.

In the event that CUSTO-BARCELONA has sent a different item to the one that was orginally ordered, or if the quality of the item is not  acceptable, please contact CUSTO-BARCELONA before sending back the item. Once notified of the mistake or fault, CUSTO BARCELONA will arrange the return of the item and, in this case only, CUSTO-BARCELONA will also pay for the resulting shipping costs.

All items sold by CUSTO-BARCELONA are provided with a label. We strongly recommend that you try the items before removing the labels, as items that are returned without labels will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange an item, please consider:
• Availability of the new item requested will only be confirmed once the returned item has been received CUSTO-BARCELONA as items cannot be reserved
• An item can only be exchanged for another item of the same or lower value.


In the event that you return one or several items that were part of an order that benefited from a promotional offer, any complimentary item received such as free gifts must be either returned or paid for. Offers may not be combined with any other offers or promotions.
